Surprise bundles and individual décor shop items generally ship within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday) of your order being placed, unless otherwise noted. Shipping starts at $9.99.
We take our time to carefully pack every order — because how something arrives matters just as much as what’s inside. Once your package is in transit, please note that delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes sideways.

Once your box is marked delivered, we release all responsibility. 

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If you happen not to like an item, simply re-gift it to a friend.

Per our discretion, we may offer replacements or store credit in the event of damaged items with proof of damage within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer credit or refunds for shipping.

Please include a photo of the damaged item as well as a photo of the shipping box as our shipping provider requires us to submit both photos to them when claims are made. We cannot offer a replacement without proof of damage.
