Shipping policy for the Seasonal Home Decor Curated Collection Pieces: 
Our curated collection pieces are released seasonally and generally ship within 3–4 weeks of launch. Because complimentary shipping is included with every curated décor purchase, we do our very best to ship your items together in one beautifully packed box — fewer shipments, less packaging, and honestly, one big unboxing moment is so much more satisfying anyway. We appreciate your patience as we pull it all together with care.

Shipping policy for Gift Surprise Bundles & Decor Shop Items: 

Surprise bundles and individual décor shop items generally ship within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday) of your order being placed, unless otherwise noted. Shipping starts at $9.99.
We take our time to carefully pack every order — because how something arrives matters just as much as what’s inside. You’ll receive an automatic email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Once your package is in transit, please note that delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes sideways.

Once your box is marked delivered, we release all responsibility.
