Shipping policy

Shipping policy for the Seasonal Home Decor Subscription Box: 
The Modern Farmhouse quarterly, Contemporary quarterly, Modern Traditional Semi Annual, Modern Farmhouse Semi Annual and Contemporary Semi Annual Seasonal Home Decor Subscription Boxes ship free to most locations. There is an additional surcharge for Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska. The Luxe Home Decor Box ships for $24.99 to most locations. There is an additional surcharge for Hawaii and Alaska for the Luxe Box. The Seasonal Home Decor Box ships four times per year (3/20, 5/20, 8/20 and 10/20) and is shipped USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx Home Delivery depending on location. We have temporarily suspended shipping to Canada. 

Shipping policy for Gift Boxes and other Store Items: 
All gift boxes, decor bundles and items sold separately in our online store will generally ship within 5 business  days (Monday - Friday) of order placement unless specified or requested. Shipping starts at $9.99. 

We do our very best to process, carefully pack and ship all orders within 5 business days, unless noted. You will automatically receive an email with your tracking information when your order is shipped. Please note, packages may take longer to arrive due to variables outside our control. Once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for any delays from our shipping providers. We will work with you to the best of our ability to help track down your package to ensure delivery.  

Once your box is marked delivered, we release all responsibility.
