This is real English boxwood, not faux. It's preserved and handcrafted leaf by leaf, so it keeps its color and shape without water or sunlight. The result has the dense, layered look of a freshly clipped hedge, just held in place.

It reads more like a centerpiece than a seasonal door decoration that way, and the boxwood gives a dense, fresh green that faux versions have a hard time matching. Keep the candle in a holder so the leaves stay clear of the flame.

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If you happen not to like an item, simply re-gift it to a friend.

Per our discretion, we may offer replacements or store credit in the event of damaged items with proof of damage within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer credit or refunds for shipping.

Please include a photo of the damaged item as well as a photo of the shipping box as our shipping provider requires us to submit both photos to them when claims are made. We cannot offer a replacement without proof of damage.
